RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

After your belongings have arrived at the Olo St warehouse, you have the following options for returns:

  1. Return for Adjustment or Retrieval:
    • If you wish to retrieve your belongings or make changes to them, you can use the app’s return feature to have your items sent back to your specified return address.
    • Return shipping charges will apply, and you must provide the recipient’s details if you opt for self-return.
  2. Return and Refund:
    • If you wish to cancel your storage service and receive a refund, you must wait for 365 days (one complete year) from the date of purchase.
    • For storage services purchased under special promotions that offer shorter terms, you can return your belongings and cancel the order within the specified promotional term. Please note that using the app’s return feature during this short-term period may necessitate cancellation of the order and return shipping charges will apply.

Important Notes:

  • All returns must be processed through the app, ensuring that all necessary information and payments are included to facilitate a smooth return process.
  • Please ensure your belongings are securely packed as they will be returned in their original packaging.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns to ensure the safe return of your items. This can be done using the app service for return or through an authentic and reliable person in case of self-return.

RETURN PROCESS

Adjustment or Retrieval:

  • To return your belongings from the Olo St warehouse for adjustment or retrieval, you can use the “Plan for Return” feature available in the order or belonging detail screen. This feature will only be available if your belongings have successfully arrived and have been marked as received by an Olo St employee at the warehouse.
  • The “Plan for Return” feature provides two options:
    1. Return via App Delivery Feature: Use the app’s delivery feature to have your belongings returned.
    2. Specify Time and Date for Return: Specify the time and date for the return of your belongings to a designated person.

Return and Refund:

  • To request a return and refund, please contact us at olost@obraj.com. Our support team will handle the storage refund procedure.
  • Refunds are only available if the storage purchase has passed the one-year mark in the case of regular storage purchases. This policy is in place to accommodate other users and manage our limited space efficiently.
  • For special promotions where the term of storage is less than one year, you can either return or cancel the storage within the specified term.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure your belongings are securely packed in their original packaging for returns.
  • Return shipping charges will apply, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns to ensure the safe return of your items.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note:

  • In case of return, the user’s belongings will be sent back to the user’s provided return address, which the user can review and update inside the order detail screen. The shipping charges will depend on the distance between the warehouse location and the user’s return address.
  • This is a physical service where we provide storage in our premises under a storage space rental contract. For a minimum term of 1 year, excluding special promotions that may offer explicitly shorter terms. If a term shorter than 1 year is offered, the minimum storage space rental contract term shall be as offered. You can cancel this contract within five calendar days of signing up for the storage service.
  • Olo St shall provide a free one hundred dollar loss coverage in case of total loss of the storage box. The client is required to provide its own insurance, such as extensions offered through their homeowners or tenant’s insurance coverage, or by any other means necessary. Olo St’s liability and/or damages shall be limited to one hundred dollars only.
  • You shall not store any valuables, perishables, and/or dangerous items as prohibited by the airline industry. Any losses and/or damages to Olo St premises and/or other customers’ storage belongings shall become your responsibility if the contents you stored with us breach this storage policy.
