RETURN POLICY

Thank you for using our concierge shopping services. HarborHaul receives deliveries for the orders you placed through us from third parties and for us to receive such orders and deliver them in person to you when you arrive at one of the service areas, currently limited to the Greater Houston Area in Texas, USA.
We hope you are happy with our services. We work as your representative and agents and work on your behalf to order, receive and deliver the products. As part of our service fees, we charge a variable margin on your purchases and a flat service fee of $25 as of current policy, which may change without any notice. If you are not satisfied with our services, we will work with you to address any issues and/or concerns and rectify them. We will refund any service fees and margins we charged if we are unable to mutually resolve any issues.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund minus any restocking fees. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be completed at the time of in-person delivery. You can inspect the package for any visible damage and can refuse to accept such packages. Any returns are subject to restocking fees. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
In case you wish to return any item after you accept the in-person delivery, you can call HarborHaul at +1-832-977-4499 for an RMA number. Once your return is accepted an RMA number shall be issued. We do not accept any returns without an RMA number. To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and to be eligible for a return, the customer must: Provide a valid reason for the return, Ensure the item is neither damaged nor used (in case of consumable stuff), user must also present the original return receipt upon return. Failure to meet these conditions will render the item ineligible for return., then mail your return, at your expense, to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
PAYMENTS
Please note that we do not accept any online payments. As of date of this document, the only mode of any payment is physical transaction and based on Cash On Delivery (COD). This app and associated web/software is only to facilitate and record transactions to be executed in person.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return with the respective supplier. Please allow at least ten (10) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may be issued in the form of US Checks which can be deposited in your bank account. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Non-refundable items from suppliers. Since HarborHaul provides concierge service therefore items not covered by supplier’s refund policy cannot be refunded.

Please Note
- A 10%, 25% (depending on order type) restocking fee will be charged if user wants to remove the product form the order when the order status is either Order Placed, Items Shipped, In Our Warehouse, similarly; a 25%, 40% (depending on order type) restocking fee will be charged if user wants to remove the product from the order when the order status is one of Out for Delivery, Cash received per invoice, Order Completed.
